These terms cover your use of Krishna Flow: the desktop and mobile apps, the account you sign in with, and any paid plan you buy. They're kept in plain language on purpose; if anything here is unclear, get in touch before you rely on it. These are not legal advice, just the terms themselves.

Who we are

Krishna Flow is made by A2K AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16505951, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean A2K AI Limited.

What you're buying

Krishna Flow turns your speech into text on your own device. You sign in with an email address, not a password, and every account gets a daily allowance measured in words: the words Krishna Flow produces for you, not the length of the audio you speak. There are four plans:

• Free: 3,000 words a day, no card required.
• Plus: 12,000 words a day.
• Max: 40,000 words a day.
• Ultra: sold as unlimited, subject to a fair use limit of 150,000 words a day so the service stays fast for everyone.

Prices for Plus, Max and Ultra are shown on the pricing page and may change from time to time; a change in price does not affect a billing period you've already paid for.

Billing

Plus, Max and Ultra are billed monthly or yearly, whichever you choose at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles the payment and the renewal, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the "Manage billing" button on your account page, which takes you to Stripe's own billing portal, or by asking us using the contact details below. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan you've paid for until the end of the current billing period, and your account then drops to Free rather than being deleted.

If you're unhappy with a paid plan, ask us for a refund within 14 days of first buying it and you'll get one in full, no questions asked. After the first 14 days, refunds for later renewals are considered case by case.

Your right to cancel within 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. A paid plan gives you your increased word allowance immediately, as soon as payment is confirmed, so by subscribing you're expressly asking us to start supplying it straight away, and you're acknowledging that you lose this particular statutory right once we've begun. That said, the goodwill refund promise above still applies on top of the law: if you change your mind in your first 14 days, ask us and we'll refund you in full regardless.

Acceptable use

Krishna Flow is for your own personal or organisational use. Please don't resell or redistribute access to your account, share your sign-in with people it isn't meant for, try to get around your daily word allowance by automated or abusive means, use the service to transcribe or generate anything unlawful, or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

Third party transcription providers

Krishna Flow depends on third party transcription providers to turn your audio into text, and we choose and pay for these providers ourselves as part of your plan. If a provider has an outage or changes how it works, that can affect Krishna Flow's availability or quality; we're not liable for a third party provider's downtime or pricing, but we aim to keep the service running smoothly regardless.

No warranty

Krishna Flow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep transcription accurate and the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be fault-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Krishna Flow after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
