These terms cover your use of Krishna Flow, the desktop app and any account you hold with it. They're kept short on purpose; if anything here is unclear, get in touch before you rely on it.

Licence

Krishna Flow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your own devices, either free with your own API key or under a paid plan. This licence is to use the software, it is not a sale of the software or of any rights beyond that use. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

Launch pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are launch pricing and may change as Krishna Flow develops. Any change will not affect a lifetime licence you've already bought.

Refunds

If you're not happy with a paid plan or the lifetime licence, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get one, in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are considered case by case.

Your API key and your data

If you bring your own Groq or OpenAI key, your relationship with that provider, including their pricing and their terms, is between you and them. Krishna Flow is not responsible for a third-party provider's availability, pricing changes or output.

No warranty

Krishna Flow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep transcription accurate and the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be fault-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
