Dictation software built for one language at a time does not coach through that switch, it forces it: the other language gets spelled out phonetically in English letters, which is exactly what makes the result unreadable to somebody who actually reads it.

What you say, and what lands
Most dictation hands you a transcript and leaves the tidying to you. Krishna Flow reads the correction you made halfway through, notices the instruction you gave the transcriber rather than the reader, and carries both out before the text reaches the page.

Your history stays with you

Some dictation tools list SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 badges on their site. Krishna Flow holds none of them, and won't claim to until it does. Here's what actually happens to your words.

The seven things people ask before they download it.
What counts as a word?
Every word Krishna Flow gives back to you: the text of a dictation, and the text of a Labs answer. Words you say that produce nothing are not counted, and the length of the audio is never counted.
Counting is by whitespace, so scripts that do not space their words, such as Chinese, Japanese and Thai, count low. That is in your favour, and it is the right direction for it to be wrong in.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing is ever truncated. A dictation already running finishes and is pasted in full, even if it takes you past the line. The next one is declined with a message naming your allowance, when it resets, and the plan above it.
Allowances reset at midnight UTC, and the app tells you how long that is rather than making you work it out.
Which devices can I use it on?
Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. Sign in with the same email address on each, and the daily allowance is shared across all of them rather than bought again per device. You can see every signed-in device, and sign any of them out, from Settings or from your account page.
Is my audio stored?
No. Your audio is sent to be turned into text, and it is not kept afterwards. What stays is the transcript, in a history file on your own machine, searchable and yours to clear whenever you like.
Which languages does it understand?
34: Auto-detect plus 33 named languages, from Gujarati to Swahili, each returned in its own script. Not on the list? "Other" takes any language code. Auto-detect is the default and handles switching language mid-sentence, and Krishna Flow never translates or transliterates unless you ask it to.
Does it work in every app?
Anywhere you can place a text cursor: Slack, Notion, Chrome, Mail, your editor, your terminal. Krishna Flow types into the app you are already in rather than opening one of its own. If an app blocks it, a password field for instance, the text goes to your clipboard and Krishna Flow tells you so rather than losing it.
Can I change the hotkey?
Yes, any time, in Settings. The default is Fn + Space on Mac and Ctrl + Shift + Space on Windows. "Change" records the next combination you press.
